What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ will be 500pcs for each.
Can I do custom design ? What's the lead time?
Of course we can do ALL customized products, and the lead time depend on quantity, mostly 15-20 days.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Custin packaging, labels, and branding supported(MOQ 2000 pcs)
What are your shipping methods and cost calculations?
FOB/CIF/DDP available. Shipping cost are depend on the quantity of the products.
How to request free samples?
New clients get 3 free samples, shipping fee applies.
Do you provide pre-shipment inspection reports?
Yes sure, for each shipment, we will inspect ourselves, of course we can third part inspection company for it too.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, L,C/ and escrow payments accepted.
What is your policy for defective goods?
Provide photo evidence within 7 days, we cover return/replacement costs.
